In this paper, we discuss the existence, uniqueness and stability of nonlinear neutral pantograph equa-
tion with ψ-Hilfer fractional derivative. The arguments are based upon Schauder fixed point theorem
and Banach contraction principle. Moreover we discuss the Ulam-Hyers type stability.<
