The objective of the present paper is to study the -Einstein soli-
tons on N(k)-Paracontact metric manifolds whose potential vector eld is the
Reeb vector eld if and only if the manifold is a para-Sasaki-Einstein. Also,
admitting the Ricci Solitons under certain conditions.
