Nanometer SiO2 with different sizes and shapes is synthesized by coprecipitation technique using sodium silicane as Si source, ammonium chloride as precipitant, ethanol as dispersant, CTAB as regulator. Nanometer SiO2 is obtained from the titration precipitation method and reverse titration precipitation method, respectively
